Enneagram is an assessment tool which reveals core motivations.
It is fundamentally different than other type-sorters (Meyers Briggs, DiSC, etc…) in that it doesn’t identify behavioral preferences, but instead measures motivational tendencies. It reveals what really makes us tick at our very core!
It is the most powerful tool I’ve experienced for self-discovery, and it highlights paths for ongoing personal growth.
Enneagram can be explored as a group, allowing a team to understand one another in fundamentally new ways, while simultaneously exploring team dynamics and opportunities. Additionally, Enneagram exploration can be very powerful in a one-on-one setting with a coach
