Hi, my name is Walt Morgan and I’m the founder of Translational Lift Coaching. I am passionate about serving others in their personal and professional leadership journeys. I am a certified International Coaching Federation Coach and have studied and practiced the Integral Coaching Methodology for years.
Also, I am a retired Navy Commander and Navy helicopter pilot (which inspired the name of my business), a former university professor (I still teach leadership classes at the University of Colorado, Boulder) and former corporate in-house leadership faculty/coach with a Fortune 200 healthcare company.
But more than anything, I am a curious partner in exploration, growth and development for those who are intentional about their journey.
When I get a little time to myself, I typically grab a bamboo fly rod and head to the backcountry in pursuit of native trout, or – when seasonally more appropriate – go skiing instead.
Our family lives in Boulder Colorado, where my wife Dana teaches kindergarten and does amazing things that allows our team to thrive. By all accounts, our two children are mostly fun to be around; they ski, read, play volleyball and run cross-country competitively.
